Extra Fees in new contract with EUROSPA

J’amerai avoir contact avec le plus nouveaux propreitaire possible, pour savoir si nous pouvons améliorez le contrait par demandé ensemble! For the new property owners: You have recently received a new contract changing the “Gestionair”/”tenant” to EUROSPA, which is less good than the old contract with TRANSMONTAGNE. The change primarily concerns:
- You have to pay 50 euros as a fee (in cash NOT from your “credit vacance” acount) on top of the rent you pay from your “Credit vacance” acount. This fee you have to pay each time you wish to use your property. If you wish to rent any other property from EUROSPA that fee increases to 150 euros. Furthermore EUROSPA is a much smaller company than TRANSMONTAGNE, so we have less to choose from.
EXAMPLE: Say you use your property 2 weeks a year and you use one of the other EUROSPA offers one week a year for 9 years, that costs you (2×50+150)x9=2250 euros - in the old contract this was 50 euros a year no matter how many times you used your property. The same calculation gives you: (50)x9=450 euros. Our change of contract thus just cost us 1800 euros. This might not be a large amount of money over 9 years, but at the very least I would like to put pressure that the money can be taken from the “Credit vacance” acount? On top before the prices were including TVA, and in the new contract they are “without TVA”, so one can add 20% to the difference.
I would therefore like to get in contact with as many property owners as possible to figure out if we can put a joined pressure on a change of the conditions. Please send me an e-mail with your ideas and thoughts on this issue!
